Thank you for shopping at Mojo Design Co (www.mojodesignco.com.au). We appreciate your business and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our digital products.

As our digital products are instantly accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.

Please note that by completing a purchase of our digital products on our website, you agree to this refund policy.

For non-digital products such as a Website Audit a cooling-off period of 2 business days is provided for a change of mind refund. If you wish to request a refund during this period, please contact us at hannah@mojodesignco.com.au. to initiate the process.

After the cooling-off period has elapsed, refunds will not be provided for services rendered.

Please note that this refund & cooling-off period applies only to services purchased directly through our website www.mojodesignco.com.au (via WooCommerce Checkout)  and not Project Based Services offered via enquiry (separate contract applies for Website Redesign, Branding, Packaging & other Graphic Design Services).
